Baker Lake Adventures

Adventures with Dylan are always so much fun! We usually drive out into the Cascade mountains and find a scenic place to park the car to camp. Our favorite spot is on Baker Lake. You can park right on the lake and set up camp! With the beautiful weather we have been having we are so happy to roll our tent shades up; which makes us feel like we are in a treehouse.

Dylan recently received an Oru Kayak. As you can tell, a kayak cannot fit on the top of his car because his popup tent has that spot reserved. The Oru kayak folds up into a briefcase and only weighs 26 pounds! Our adventures have gotten much more extreme. Although it took us 1.5 hours to assemble the kayak it was so much fun to boat around on the lake at sunset. It is definetly an activity that will commonly occur.

Dylan's tent is the most glamorous tent you will ever see. All you do is unlatch the four hooks and it pops right up. WIth a foam mattress and ladder inside, camping couldn't be any better. We also have an installed fridge in the car so it is common for us to cook up grilled cheese, bacon, or beef and broccoli when we are out and about.
